Getting started

1. Open Trivara Cart from Apps in your Shopify admin.
2. On Home, choose Turn on in theme editor, switch on Trivara Cart under App embeds and save.
3. Start the plan from the Plan page. The cart stays off on your store until the plan is active.
4. In Cart settings, choose colours, rewards and recommendations, then save.

Common questions

The cart doesn't appear. Check that the app embed is on in your live theme and the plan is active. Home shows both.

A reward isn't applied at checkout. Rewards come from the "Trivara Cart rewards" automatic discount. Check it is active under Discounts and that another discount doesn't block combining.

How do I remove it? Switch the app embed off, or uninstall the app. Your theme's own cart comes back straight away.
